Get your hands on a KEEPER
Here we’ll outline in a little more detail what your experience will be when ordering a frame from us.
If you've navigated to this page, hopefully you can see that our main performance advantage over other brands is that we will design and build you a bike that fits you like a glove and feels like an extension of you.
Rest assured, we'll guide you through the whole process without you needing to do anything but express your preferences so you can just sit back and enjoy the ride.
And also rest assured that despite the fact that we're a young company, we are (not that young ourselves, and) incredibly well versed in design and manufacturing. We didn't get here by accident, and our promise is to build and deliver a superior product.
STEP 01
STEP 02
STEP 03
STEP 04
Chose what suits you best from our 3-model line up.
Pick a frame and dream about what suspension you're lusting after, and what colours make you drool. Feel free to message us about what frameset suits you best to get yourself dreaming in the right direction. With the made-to-order nature of our designs, our three model lineup covers much of the current industry categories from Downcountry to Enduro to Freeride. We can build your OUTFIT to handle a dual crown fork for super-enduro vibes, or Short Travel a HEIST for DJ fun. The possibilities are almost endless.
Aesthetics:
Front triangles powdercoated while the Alpha Section and rear triangle are coated with Cerakote, which adds a satin visual quality that's super alluring when combined with the glossy front triangle. It also ‘patinas’ over the aluminum beautifully as your bike matures. We have many suggested mix-and-match paint schemes shown here - zoom in and check em out. Make up your own colourway if you see a good combo.
All hardware and fittings on framesets–including the suspension rocker–are available in either silver or black anodizing, which is another aesthetic item to think about.

DESIGN LEVEL CONSULTATION
We’ll chat with you to optimize the stock frame dimensions to fit your body and give it the handling characteristics you're looking for.
Our modular design allows us to tweak the vital dimensions of the frame so your optimization begins at the design level. We will adjust the reach of your frame and match the correct rear triangle length so that you are optimally positioned between your wheels, and also increase the stack measurement depending on your inseam/torso ratio. This ensures that your ergonomics on the bike match the style of riding you do. For example, this can mean putting you in an attack position for maximum performance, or a more casual position for long days of touring the woods at speed.
The standard stock geo of our frames deliver a secure and stable feel. If you prefer more lively steering and maneuverability we can offer zero-drop bottom bracket heights and altered head angles, as well as fitting your machine with a rear triangle with a shorter chainstay length. We’ll also take into account your weight so that we can tune suspension kinematics and the frame’s stiffness with different material thicknesses and swappable braces.
You are not committed to anything at this point, but you will have a clear vision of your bespoke frame.

Corrosion: Care And Maintenance
A proper rust inhibitor (such as Boeshield T-9) must be applied to the inside surfaces of all tubes at least once per season, or any time the frame is submerged in water or used in thoroughly wet conditions, to avoid both surface and pitting corrosion. Special care to ensure complete coverage is required. The seat brace tube of the front triangle is sealed and does not require this treatment.
Clear Coat
The clear coat option for our frame components is a very popular feature and there are some details to consider in choosing it over a standard finish. Here’s the low-down:
The Highs:
- It looks amazing. It stands out like nothing else out there.
- It shows off the craftsmanship that separates it from all the other store-bought bikes.
- It makes you feel like a better person when you're near it, and your friends will agree that it indeed does.
The Lows:
- It requires extra attention from the moment the raw tubes are selected for that build, hence the added cost of $200.00CAD.
- We cannot warrant or guarantee the visual quality of the finish. Please refer to the “Finishes” section for explanation.
Finishes
When clearcoat bonds and cures to raw steel, a chemical change occurs that is similar to regular tinted paint except for one thing: you can see the result of the bond under the surface, whereas a tinted paint will not show through. In time, the coating may develop sub-surface discolorations which are harmless, and non-structural, however it is worth noting.
Serial Number(s)
You will find the serial number for your frame assembly on the bottom lug of your front frame section.
