Welcome to Keeper Bike Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.keeperbikeco.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Keeper Bike Co. ("Keeper," "we," "us," or "our"), a custom mountain bike company based in Ontario, Canada.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes.

11. E-Commerce (Future Consideration)
Keeper Bike Co. does not currently operate an e-commerce platform for online sales. Any future implementation of such a platform will be governed by separate, additional Terms of Sale and policies, which will be clearly posted. These Terms will continue to govern general Website use.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
