The Local Burly is our 140mm travel trail bike on a steady course of steroids.
Think of it as the LOCAL's red headed, big boned (but shredded) and devious little brother/sister. Still capable of all the good things the LOCAL excels at, but with a bit of a twitch, a penchant to use a lift, and the ability to handle the fall-out.
We custom tailor each machine to be proportionate to the rider’s size and abilities, unlocking hidden potential and an unmatched, connected feel with your bike.
- Cromoly steel front triangle with billet/welded aluminum rear triangle
- Trunnion Architecture for stiffness and bearing longevity with vault sealed pivot bearings
- Adjustable pedal platform: choose your balance pedalling and suspension efficiency
- Adjustable seat angle. +or- 1degree
- Adjustable chainstay length +or- 10mm
- Two stage slack flip chips for detailed ride tuning
- 26, 27.5 and 29 wheel compatible
- Suitable for air and coil shocks alike with 20% progressivity
