ESSENTIALS PACKAGES

So, we don't offer fully built bikes for a good reason, but we get that choosing the right suspension, cranks and wheel combo can be a PiTA. We can help with our Essentials Packages - tried and true primo bits to get your build going. This is the stuff we use on our own builds.

You've got options. Keep it subtle, snap some necks or anything in between. Choose your custom colour combo from our suggestions or mix and match. Math is hard, but quick calculations suggest that thousands of combos are possible for truly bespoke vibes.

And, if coordinating your frame set with your parts is your jam, we've got you covered. Match up your essentials package items and frame colours to create that show bike look that'll make even your mom jealous.

Eddie's Local to Weekender

Mini Mullet 27.5/26 Local XS:

Compact and light for hitting the local jump spot and tough enough to handle mid-size bike park fun. This particular bike is pushed to the limits every time it’s out. Sky Blue Cerakote Rear with Robin's Egg Blue front triangle.

Marzocchi Z1 140 fork / Bomber Air Rear Shock / RaceFace Turbine Crankset.

Weekender DH Conversion:

Front triangle and rear shock swap converts it into a freeride Heist fit for the biggest mountains. Converted from Local to Heist several times this past year with no issues. Conversion takes about an hour.

A great example of how the Local has the tough DNA of our freeride machines and can be "over-ridden" at the park and on the trails. Stock geometry on both set-ups

Front Triangle - Size Small (425mm) / Rear Triangle - Size Small (425/435mm)

Total Weight: Local Set-up - 34lbs / Weekender Set-up - 40lbs

Fox40 200mm Fork / Cane Creek DB Air Rear Shock / RaceFace Turbine Crankset.

Colours: Sky Blue Rear / Light Blue Front / Black Ano

Jordie's Outfit to Hiest

Prototype Mullet 27.5/29 Heist:

This test Heist-prototype-turned-Outfit gets abused by Jordie Bogart on a regular basis.

It started life as prototype 29 mullet Heist that we used for kinematic testing out in the wild. Jordie asked us to convert it to a 27.5 Outfit since he felt over-biked at most parks while on the Heist. We designed a new single crown front triangle fit for 180mm forks, and travel was reduced to 170mm in the rear. The result is a machine capable of everything from rocky tech to big fast flow. Jordie's multitude of prototypes have existed in all kinds of finishes ranging from raw prototype to the purple and light sand you see here. And its form is changing yet again for this coming season–because we never stop development. Zero drop bottom bracket for agility.

Front Triangle - Size Large (470mm) / Rear Triangle - Size Extra Large (445/455mm)

Marzocchi Super Z 180 Fork / Cane Creek DB Air Rear Shock / RaceFace Atlas Crankset.

Colours: Purple / Light Sans / Black Ano

Jana's Local - Agile Wood Worker

Standard Local 27.5:

This model started as a project between Jana and I to combine the beloved ergos of a favourite exiting hardtail trailbike with modern Alpha tech. The result is a bike that can be ridden in all day harmony and rewards the rider when pushed to its limits. The result felt so brilliant that we made it a stock model.

Front Triangle - Size Small (425mm) / Rear Triangle - Size Small (425/435mm)

Total Weight (as pictured): - 34lbs

Cane Creek Helm Fork / Cane Creek Inline Air Rear Shock / RaceFace Turbine Crankset

Colours: Socom Blue Rear / Magenta Front / Silver Ano

Clark's Local Burly

Burly Local 27.5:

Perfect balance as a mid-travel, efficient pedalling enduro rig. Perfect for homeland trails, but with slack geo and big mountain capabilities for traveling abroad. Big block energy in a small-block package. Punch up.

Front Triangle - Size Small (+ 445mm) / Rear Triangle - size Medium (435/445mm)

Total Weight (in lift park trim): - 39lbs

Fox36 160mm Fork / Marzzochi Bomber Resi Rear Shock / RaceFace Turbine Crank

Colours: Bronze Cerakote Rear / Midnight Purple Front / Silver Ano

Aaron's Heist/DJ

Long Travel Heist/DJ:

This long travel Dirt Jump inspired Heist is suited for a DJ rider who goes rogue at the bike park and hits the biggest shit in the park. They required more travel in a short package than is offered anywhere else. 180/170mm with a size Small front triangle and size Small rear with short chainstays (425mm / 435mm), dirt jump geo and zero drop Bottom Bracket gives agile handling and a compact cockpit with the deep plush travel soaking up big hits.

DVO OnyxSC 180mm Fork / Cane Creek DB Air shock / RaceFace Atlas Crank

Colours: Bronze Rear / Chocolate Milk Front / Black Ano
